Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM with 10+ years experience, or Advanced Degree with 7+ years, or 14+ years experience without a degree.
- Demonstrated OCI engineering and DevOps practices.
- Advanced proficiency with Terraform, Python, Ansible, and Bash.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate across teams.
- Experience designing and implementing OCI networking architectures (VCNs, subnets, route tables, NSGs).
- Experience with OCI gateways (Internet, NAT, Service, DRG) for hub-and-spoke topologies.
- Deep understanding of IAM policies, dynamic groups, and compartment hierarchies.
- Experience integrating OCI with enterprise identity systems like Active Directory or LDAP.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop core OCI landing zone automation to support scalable, secure, and compliant cloud environments.
- Build and maintain OCI infrastructure using Terraform, Oracle Cloud CLI, Ansible, and API integrations.
- Drive a self-service, automation-first mindset for provisioning and management across IaaS and serverless applications.
- Design and implement automated security guardrails and remediation workflows using Cloud Guard, Functions, and IAM.
- Implement least privilege access controls and integrate OCI Identity Domains with enterprise systems.
- Ensure OCI service compliance with standards such as NIST 800-53 and CMMC.
