Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working on enterprise-level software projects in the Retail domain.
- Knowledge of retail and supply chain processes including Merchandising/Buying, Merchandise Planning, Allocation, and Retail Analysis.
- Must be proficient in SQL and Advanced Excel.
- Experience with retail planning platforms, order management systems, ERP, WMS, or inventory management.
- Proven experience creating technical specifications, integration diagrams, design documents, and requirements documents.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Python and Bash scripting proficiency is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for S5 Solutions in client settings.
- Provide thought leadership for retail solution implementation across Merchandise Financial Planning, Assortment Planning, Buying/Merchandising, Allocation, and Size Optimization.
- Participate in requirements generation in discovery and facilitate functional and technical design sessions.
- Provide consultative advice to ensure successful integration with S5 solutions while maximizing product value.
- Build and manage internal tools to automate and expedite solution delivery.
- Leverage business requirements and product expertise to build technical specifications.
- Translate client requirements into internal specifications and formulate delivery plans.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal and external technical and business stakeholders.
