Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, program management, or business operations.
- Proven experience owning a business or P&L.
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Track record of owning a business metric and consistently hitting or beating targets.
- Experience managing external partners, vendors, or contractor networks.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data, KPIs, and dashboards for decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environments.
- Preferred: Experience in landscape construction, residential construction, or outdoor living industries.
Responsibilities
- Design and standardize systems and playbooks to scale Build operations.
- Utilize AI and automation to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize team efficiency.
- Own Build revenue goals, market conversion, and performance forecasting.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership (CEO, Marketing, Product) to resolve growth blockers.
- Recruit, coach, and manage a team of Project Managers to hit KPIs.
- Maintain and expand a network of vetted contractors to ensure high quality and execution standards.
