Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Law, GIS, or related field.
- 3-5 years of multi-market deal making/leasing experience in the Western US.
- People management and team lead experience.
- Ability to read, write and interpret legal documents.
- Proactive nature in identifying opportunities and solutions.
- Strong capability in balancing priorities against numerous deadlines.
- Strength in analyzing large amounts of data for actionable recommendations.
- Experience with class A/urban street retail assets preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and own the real estate pipeline for assigned territories.
- Perform site research and analysis for all real estate sourced and/or accepted into pipeline.
- Manage and own the pipeline resource with critical information and documentation.
- Coordinate and assemble Real Estate Committee deliverables for executive team and cross-functional partners.
- Ownership of LOI negotiations.
- Collaborate with legal team on lease negotiations.
- Manage all broker relationships for assigned territories.
- Manage landlord relationships through due diligence and permitting.
- Manage national institutional relationships.
