Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience building, operating, or supporting large-scale Kubernetes platforms, network infrastructure, or distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes administration (lifecycle management, networking, storage, scalability, and recovery).
- Strong programming skills in Go or Python, with experience developing automation and platform tooling.
- Hands-on experience with GitOps methodologies, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment.
- Experience supporting network automation, telemetry platforms, or infrastructure services in Kubernetes.
- Background in production support, incident response, root-cause analysis, and SRE practices.
- Understanding of cloud networking, IP routing, data center architectures, or multi-region infrastructure.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, collaboration, and ownership mindset.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Kubernetes-based platforms for network automation, telemetry, and operational services.
- Own the complete lifecycle management of Kubernetes clusters, including provisioning, upgrades, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.
- Develop and maintain production-grade automation for cluster deployment, validation, and GitOps-driven delivery processes.
- Provide operational support and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure service reliability.
- Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for Kubernetes control planes, networking, and workload orchestration.
- Establish production readiness standards, observability frameworks, and alerting mechanisms.
- Participate in incident management and on-call rotations.
