Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Experience building single page applications using a modern framework.
- Experience building REST APIs.
- Recent experience developing backend services with Node.js.
- Strong focus on performance, scalability, and observability in system design.
- Ability to context switch and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to apply build/measure/learn principles to deliver features and evaluate impact.
Responsibilities
- Build new experiences for the Greenlight Registration Flow in collaboration with domain teams, product managers, and designers.
- Support and evolve the existing registration architecture using iterative, growth-focused processes.
- Balance the development of incremental features with technical debt management.
- Scale and maintain backend services to support a growing user base.
- Improve platform reliability and availability for families and partners.
