Requirements
- BS/CS/CE degree or equivalent technical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in WAN, networking, or cloud services.
- Prior experience focused on Service Provider or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments.
- Deep understanding of routing protocols, including BGP and OSPF.
- Knowledge of WAN technologies and SD-WAN.
- Proven ability to support pre-sales activities, including technical presentations, solution design, and PoCs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish credibility with diverse stakeholders, from technical operations to executive leadership.
- Understanding of Service Provider routing environments, such as MPLS VPN and Segment Routing (SR).
- Familiarity with Linux, hypervisors, and operational tools for monitoring logs, metrics, and alerts.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated technical SE for an assigned set of MSP/SP accounts.
- Help MSP/SP partners create and take to market differentiated SD-WAN and SD-Branch managed services.
- Develop and deliver enablement programs across MSP/SP sales, marketing, operations, and NOC teams.
- Ensure seamless integration of VeloCloud SD-Branch into partner OSS/BSS systems and operational workflows.
- Partner with MSP/SP sales teams to deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to end-customers.
- Lead solution architecture design, RFx technical responses, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Collaborate with partners to expand managed services across the broader Arista portfolio, including switching and security.
- Provide structured feedback on features and enhancements to Arista Product Management and Engineering.
