Requirements
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience deploying and supporting SIP-based Unified Communications and VoIP platforms
- Experience with Mitel Unify/OpenScape Voice or Cisco VoIP technologies
- Experience integrating Unified Communications systems with Government Land Mobile Radio (LMR) platforms
- Knowledge of PRC-117G, Motorola APX7500/APX8500, and Motorola CM300/CM350 radios
- Experience administering Linux operating systems (SUSE, Debian, Ubuntu)
- Experience administering VMware vSphere/ESXi and Red Hat KVM
- Strong understanding of IP networking, VLANs, DNS, routing, and switching
- Ability to travel approximately 25-35% internationally
- Ability to obtain/maintain required certifications and licenses
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Mitel Unify OpenScape Voice SIP-based VoIP platforms at Government facilities worldwide.
- Configure users, devices, server hardware, OS images, and system updates.
- Configure network infrastructure including IP addressing, VLANs, and related network services.
- Configure and troubleshoot SIP trunking utilizing Cisco CUBE and Cisco Dial Peers.
- Implement system security hardening in accordance with DoD cybersecurity requirements.
- Integrate the Mitel Unify Xpert application with Government-provided Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and support Government radio platforms including PRC-117G and Motorola APX/CM series radios.
- Administer virtualization environments utilizing VMware vSphere/ESXi and Red Hat KVM.
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems including SUSE, Debian, and Ubuntu.
