Requirements
- 5 years of experience in J2EE application development including front-end, back-end, and middle-tier components.
- 5 years of extensive knowledge of web and application servers.
- 3 years of experience with multiple design patterns.
- 3 years of experience with third-party middleware tools incorporated into application design.
- 3 years of experience in web services creation, consumption, and implementation.
- 2 years of coding experience with Spring modules.
- 2 years of web application development with Struts modules.
- 2 years of web services experience including top-down and bottom-up implementation with JAXWS.
- 2 years of Oracle SQL experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Capability to contribute independently or as part of a team in all phases of the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technical personnel to resolve problems of intent, feasibility, and implementation.
- Evaluate and lead the use of AI/ML capabilities to accelerate product modification and creation.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and data teams to define requirements and ensure alignment on AI feature behavior.
- Gather user requirements to develop system specifications, design documentation, and programming solutions.
- Code new features, enhancements, and production fixes using functional and technical programming standards.
- Participate in or conduct structured code reviews and walkthroughs.
- Design and support testing of code prior to deployment.
- Provide on-call support as needed.
