Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
- Multi-year experience in fullstack development.
- Strong expertise in backend development with PHP (Symfony).
- Strong expertise in frontend development with Vue/Nuxt.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and complex legacy environments.
- Strong preference for iterative improvements over over-engineering.
- Active interest and practical experience in using AI tools for development.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).
- Strong focus on customer value and business impact when making technical decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions from concept to implementation.
- Bridge the gap between Symfony backend and Nuxt.js frontend ensuring performant and developer-friendly APIs.
- Implement pragmatic, high-impact improvements within existing architecture.
- Embed quality, testing, CI, and code reviews into the development process.
- Actively utilize AI tools to increase development output and efficiency.
- Provide constructive feedback and help elevate development standards within the team.
