Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the Identity & Access Management domain.
- Expertise in implementing, maintaining, and migrating OIG, OAM 12c components (WebLogic, OIM, SOA, BI, OAM, OAA, OARM), and OID 12c.
- Strong Java coding skills with proficiency in OIG/OAM APIs for custom development.
- Thorough understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms including SSO, Identity Federation, MFA, SAML, and OAuth.
- Extensive exposure to SSO integrations and designing solutions using OAM.
- Strong knowledge of RBAC/ABAC, segregation of duties, and privilege escalation.
- Hands-on development experience with scheduled jobs, adapters, event handlers, and custom connectors.
- Strong understanding of SQL queries and experience with BI Publisher reports.
- Experience with LDAP directories and LDAP queries.
- Strong analytical and communication skills for presenting to customer audiences.
Responsibilities
- Perform functional administration and maintenance of 12c Oracle Identity Management application including OAM, OID, and OIG.
- Participate in IAM continuous monitoring activities including monitoring identities, access changes, and privilege escalation.
- Support user access provisioning, authentication, and access management processes.
- Troubleshoot OIG/OAM issues in production and non-production environments.
- Develop and maintain system documentation including standard operating procedures and configuration guides.
- Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to ensure security controls are operating correctly.
