Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or client delivery roles.
- At least 5+ years of experience in a leadership capacity.
- 10+ years of senior-level accounting and finance experience.
- Proven track record of managing complex client engagements and cross-functional teams.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.
- Operational mindset with strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working with clients in the start-up environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel at least two times a year for All-Staff Retreats and Regional Meetups.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of services, projects, and products across all client accounts.
- Manage the Client Onboarding Lead and Resource Manager to ensure consistent execution, training, and staffing.
- Develop strategic relationships with key clients and monitor client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term delivery strategy and business planning.
- Manage all general accounting functions, including month-end close, financial reporting, and cash management.
- Analyze company operations to identify efficiencies and implement solutions.
- Lead financial audits and oversee client tax-related matters.
- Collaborate with People & Talent to build and scale a learning and development program.
