Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in project management within a healthcare agency environment.
- Detailed knowledge of pharmaceutical brand marketing (broadcast, print, digital, and MLR review).
- Expert skill level with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Expert skill level with project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Expert skill level with production and workflow tools (Egnyte, JIRA, Asana, CMS, online routing).
- Strong knowledge of web technologies (UX, web development, integration, application management).
- Experience with both traditional and digital campaigns.
- Extensive knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, hybrid, waterfall).
- Strong management and leadership skills with experience handling direct reports.
Responsibilities
- Expertly lead all aspects of project delivery from scoping and definition to execution and lessons learned.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and associated programs as a delivery lead.
- Drive operational excellence and roadmap planning to meet business objectives and client satisfaction.
- Enhance or create processes to streamline and automate agency workflows.
- Lead, coach, and mentor project management staff including direct reports.
- Foster client relationships and represent agency operations in client meetings.
- Manage financial health through project burn reports and risk mitigation.
- Lead launch planning roadmaps and coordinate within PDUFA timeframes.
