Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in finance, real estate, investment banking, private credit, or development.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and G-Suite.
- Strong financial modeling capabilities.
- Understanding of real estate financing concepts including LTC, LTV, DSCR, cash to close, interest reserves, and capital stacks.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Proactive, ownership-oriented mindset and ability to work in fast-paced startup environments.
- Availability to join immediately or within 30 days.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of construction, bridge, mezzanine, and development financing transactions.
- Coordinate lender due diligence requests, underwriting packages, closing checklists, and data rooms.
- Assist with review and comparison of loan terms, pricing, leverage metrics, reserves, and covenant structures.
- Build and maintain project-level underwriting and capital stack models.
- Analyze project returns, debt sizing, DSCR, LTC/LTV, interest carry, and sensitivity scenarios.
- Prepare executive summaries, lender memos, and internal strategy materials.
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for lenders, brokers, and financing counterparties.
