Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, mathematical, economic, analytical, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
  • Good knowledge of BigQuery and experience working with large datasets.
  • Strong understanding of mathematical statistics and its application in marketing analytics.
  • Experience analyzing marketing campaigns, performance metrics, and business data.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Apache Superset, or similar platforms.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and communicate actionable insights clearly.
  • Experience working with MS SQL is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Python is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is preferred.
  • Experience with Google Ads platforms and campaign analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare analytical reports and performance summaries for advertising campaigns to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Research campaign performance trends and develop actionable recommendations to improve key marketing performance indicators.
  • Evaluate, monitor, and analyze A/B testing initiatives, providing accurate results and recommendations for future experiments.
  • Track daily marketing and product performance metrics, identify significant deviations, and investigate the reasons behind performance changes.
  • Analyze and improve attribution models, lifetime value (LTV) models, and marketing measurement approaches.
  • Optimize marketing reports, dashboards, and budgeting tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Support continuous improvement of campaign measurement processes and reporting frameworks.
