Requirements
- 7โ8 years of experience in pharmaceutical consulting, life sciences consulting, or advanced commercial analytics.
- Significant client-facing experience managing relationships and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the US pharmaceutical commercial model, including launch strategy, patient journey, and market access.
- Demonstrated ability to develop executive-level presentations with compelling business narratives.
- Proven experience managing multiple workstreams, prioritizing deadlines, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical thinking and business problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, AI-enabled consulting mindset with experience using AI tools for research and delivery.
- Experience with pharmaceutical datasets such as IQVIA, claims data, or specialty pharmacy is an advantage.
- Familiarity with therapeutic areas such as oncology, immunology, or rare diseases is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements, managing relationships, expectations, scope, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Develop compelling, answer-first business narratives by translating complex commercial challenges into structured, executive-level presentations.
- Establish high standards for presentation quality and guide development of visually impactful deliverables.
- Translate business requirements into structured project plans, defining analytical needs and success criteria.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including analysts and designers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Facilitate client meetings, business reviews, and workshops while addressing evolving business needs.
- Review analytical outputs and ensure insights are commercially relevant and aligned with client objectives.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance research, data synthesis, and presentation creation to improve productivity.
