Requirements
- Proven experience in both professional design and high-quality Webflow development.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design and shipped Webflow projects.
- Expertise in Webflow CMS, responsive patterns, variables, and interactions.
- Strong command of HTML, CSS, and ability to use JavaScript when needed.
- Proficiency in Figma for design-to-build translation.
- Demonstrated experience using AI/LLMs and building workflow automations for design and dev.
- Experience with scalable design systems, module libraries, and reusable components.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ship work end-to-end.
- Strong attention to detail regarding accessibility, SEO, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design high-fidelity, on-brand page layouts, components, and templates.
- Build and launch pages and systems in Webflow using reusable components and CMS collections.
- Translate Figma designs into high-fidelity Webflow builds with custom interactions.
- Integrate AI agents and workflow automations for content, development, and QA processes.
- Collaborate with the creative director and team to ship high-quality work in parallel.
- QA and document components, code, and publishing workflows.
