Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Motion Designer in an agency, in-house team, or studio.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion, user experience, and interaction design skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing tools.
- Strong wireframing and prototyping skills using Figma, Sketch, Framer, or Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of design rationale and visual communication.
- Familiarity with 3D software.
- Ability to communicate design concepts and rationale effectively.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and cross-functional design partners to develop visual concepts.
- Translate abstract ideas into style frames and storyboards.
- Create 2D and 3D animations, kinetic typography, and visual effects.
- Integrate audio, music, and voiceover to build cohesive deliverables.
- Ensure motion assets align with brand guidelines and incorporate iterative feedback.
