8-10 years of proven executive leadership experience in large-scale, end-to-end software delivery and complex enterprise digital transformations.
Master's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, industrial engineering, or pharmaceutical technology (preferred).
Proven track record in a land and expand commercial environment, driving revenue growth in existing accounts.
Expertise in managing global, distributed teams and optimizing multi-million dollar delivery budgets.
Strong technical acumen regarding enterprise software products, deployment lifecycles, and configuration management.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate complex client relationships and cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to champion product platform adoption and minimize unnecessary custom modifications.

Drive the successful end-to-end delivery of complex software projects across planning, execution, and support.
Optimize delivery processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
Implement land and expand strategies to identify new value-added services and drive incremental revenue from existing customers.
Lead strategic workshops for high-impact, multi-site enterprise deployment plans.
Optimize resource and budget allocation across a growing portfolio.
Build, mentor, and upskill distributed global delivery teams.
Maintain trust-based relationships with enterprise clients, vendors, and internal departments.
Develop risk-management frameworks to proactively address project roadblocks.
Partner with sales executives to develop Statements of Work (SOWs) and present implementation frameworks.
