- Strong communication skills for receiving and implementing creative feedback
- Ability to manage multiple edits simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Genuine interest in watching and analyzing YouTube and short-form content
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form vertical videos in Adobe Premiere Pro from pre-selected source clips
- Trim provided moments into compelling 45 to 90 second edits with strong hooks and high viewer retention
- Add captions using the provided brand style
- Add sound effects and music to enhance pacing and engagement
- Source relevant supporting images, videos, memes, and screenshots
- Apply basic color correction and maintain consistent visual look
- Export completed edits and incorporate creative feedback
