Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as a virtual assistant, customer support assistant, or administrative support assistant.
  • Experience working remotely in organized and structured environments.
  • Experience using customer management or ticketing tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Familiarity with Slack and Notion.
  • Basic to intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Basic to intermediate English proficiency for written communication.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a service-minded approach.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to basic customer inquiries related to the use of the platform.
  • Provide first-level functional support to customers.
  • Follow up on customer requests until resolution with the appropriate team.
  • Register and update support tickets or requests.
  • Ensure customers receive the necessary information to use the platform effectively.
  • Identify frequently asked questions or recurring issues to improve customer experience.
  • Maintain client information updated.
  • Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings.
  • Document relevant communications and operational activities.
  • Prepare simple operational tracking reports.
  • Assist with invoice follow-up and payment status tracking.
