Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a virtual assistant, customer support assistant, or administrative support assistant.
- Experience working remotely in organized and structured environments.
- Experience using customer management or ticketing tools.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Familiarity with Slack and Notion.
- Basic to intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency for written communication.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a service-minded approach.
Responsibilities
- Respond to basic customer inquiries related to the use of the platform.
- Provide first-level functional support to customers.
- Follow up on customer requests until resolution with the appropriate team.
- Register and update support tickets or requests.
- Ensure customers receive the necessary information to use the platform effectively.
- Identify frequently asked questions or recurring issues to improve customer experience.
- Maintain client information updated.
- Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings.
- Document relevant communications and operational activities.
- Prepare simple operational tracking reports.
- Assist with invoice follow-up and payment status tracking.
