Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience building complex solutions within the HubSpot platform.
- Written and verbal fluency in Canadian French.
- Proven RevOps expertise in designing lead-to-cash, forecasting, and attribution systems.
- Deep understanding of native HubSpot integrations and complex data sync management.
- Strong ability to translate complex business challenges into automated technical solutions.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure client satisfaction and adhere to company values.
- HubSpot Trainer Certification, HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service, and Revenue Operations certifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale, high-complexity HubSpot implementation projects aligned with client goals.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical workflows and HubSpot configurations.
- Design and manage native integrations with external tech stacks like Salesforce, Dynamics, and NetSuite.
- Optimize revenue engine components including lead scoring, attribution, and automated sequences.
- Conduct technical discovery, process mapping, and data governance to ensure system health.
- Provide training and ongoing troubleshooting support to clients.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure quality delivery across multiple engagements.
