Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise technology experience, including at least 3 years in a Salesforce Architect or Lead Developer role.
- Extensive experience designing Salesforce architectures across Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, NPSP, and Nonprofit Cloud.
- Advanced proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with enterprise integrations including REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs, Platform Events, and middleware patterns.
- Experience with Salesforce data architecture, migration planning, large data volume strategies, and platform optimization.
- Hands-on experience implementing Agentforce, Einstein AI, Einstein Copilot, and Prompt Builder.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Well-Architected Framework principles, security, and governance.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise technology strategies.
- Architect integrations between Salesforce, Azure, SQL Server, and third-party platforms.
- Own platform strategy including roadmap planning, security models, deployment processes, and release management.
- Establish data governance practices covering data modeling, quality management, and platform optimization.
- Lead architecture decisions across Salesforce NPSP, Nonprofit Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Develop and maintain solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs.
- Design AI-enabled solutions using Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Prompt Builder.
- Provide technical direction, code reviews, and quality oversight as a hands-on architect.
