Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a technical implementation, technical account management, or customer engineering role at a SaaS company.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers and manage technical troubleshooting.
- Strong familiarity with REST APIs, endpoints, authentication methods, and JSON payloads.
- Prior experience with ERP systems or a strong commitment to learning platforms like Eclipse, P21, and Infor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, remote environment.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Spanish or Portuguese fluency is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Implement integrations between Canals and ERPs using standardized templates and API credentials.
- Act as an ERP subject-matter expert regarding data handling, access, and configuration.
- Participate in pre-sale discovery calls to assess feasibility and answer technical questions.
- Lead post-sale integration work, including credential collection, endpoint configuration, and API testing.
- Troubleshoot and escalate integration issues to Engineering or Lead Support.
- Serve as the technical owner during customer onboarding and go-live phases.
- Maintain documentation for integration steps and internal best practices.
- Collaborate across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
