Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B software.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing and shipping end-to-end products.
- Experience designing enterprise-grade software and AI-enabled features.
- Experience designing zero-to-one products.
- Proficiency with Figma, including design system management, prototyping, and component architecture.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate design work.
- Ability to work directly with engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and present work to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define, communicate, and implement a cohesive UX vision for the product.
- Maintain and expand a comprehensive design system including styles, components, and information architecture.
- Create and maintain AI tools to automate and accelerate the design process.
- Conduct primary and secondary research including usability tests and customer interviews.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to ship end-to-end products.
