Requirements
- Successfully completed university degree.
- Fluent in English (German is considered a plus).
- Experience in data analysis and working with large datasets.
- Experience in data quality management (defining rules/criteria, resolving data quality events).
- Proficiency in business analysis including as-is process/data analysis, requirements writing, and data mapping.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Demonstrated team player and perseverance.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry, banking products, and accounting is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Participate as a business/data analyst in agile teams focused on banking data transformation.
- Modernize financial services processes and data management workflows.
- Develop and optimize state-of-the-art solutions from business analysis through implementation.
- Formulate rules and criteria to validate data and resolve data quality events.
- Take ownership of specific project topics and lead sub-projects and smaller project teams.
