Requirements
- Fluency in both English and French is required.
- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, or a related field.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; additional sales training or certifications are an asset.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers through phone, email, and digital channels.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work toward sales goals and demonstrate performance against targets.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Experience with quoting, estimating, order management, or product sales is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other digital communication channels.
- Manage customer inquiries, quotation requests, and order-related support while maintaining a high level of service.
- Guide customers through the sales process, including tracking open orders, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying upselling opportunities and developing profitable customer relationships.
- Provide accurate product pricing recommendations using available pricing tools and resources.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and product recommendations when required.
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, processes, and customer needs to deliver effective solutions.
- Follow established sales procedures while applying sound judgment to resolve customer challenges.
