Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, digital acquisition, or related marketing leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling inbound marketing engines from the ground up.
  • Proven experience managing paid media budgets and optimizing campaigns based on business outcomes.
  • Strong track record generating qualified sales pipeline through digital marketing initiatives.
  • Experience creating and optimizing full marketing funnels from acquisition through conversion.
  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, keyword strategy, content planning, and organic growth optimization.
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics including attribution, conversion rates, CAC, CPL, and ROI.
  • Experience selecting, managing, and collaborating with agencies, consultants, freelancers, and external vendors.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and growth technologies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and executive teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently, experiment quickly, and thrive in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall inbound marketing and demand generation strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Build a predictable pipeline of qualified leads through paid acquisition, digital campaigns, content initiatives, and other growth channels.
  • Own paid media strategy, execution, and optimization across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising channels.
  • Design and continuously improve the complete marketing funnel, including landing pages, lead capture processes, nurturing workflows, and conversion optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance, attribution models, customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution to maximize marketing ROI.
  • Establish marketing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into performance and revenue impact.
  • Partner closely with sales and executive leadership to improve lead quality, align marketing priorities, and support revenue objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage external agencies, consultants, freelancers, and specialized marketing partners.
  • Test and scale new acquisition strategies, messaging approaches, technologies, and marketing channels to improve performance.
  • Recommend and implement marketing automation tools, CRM solutions, and operational processes that increase scalability.
