Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience programming in Java.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent knowledge of English (B2).
- Ability to learn quickly and analyze and resolve complex technical problems.
- Very strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and commit to a multi-year career.
- Must be a citizen of Poland.
Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training to learn InsuranceNow configuration and customization.
- Engage with a mentor to gain necessary knowledge for official certification.
- Enroll in and complete the official Guidewire developer certification process.
- Execute progressively complex tasks for ClearLync customers under senior mentorship.
- Transition to independent work or collaborative team-based project delivery.
