Requirements
- Medical background (nursing, medicine, pharmacy, or allied health) strongly preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
- Prior experience in patient outreach, telehealth, medical call centers, or clinical trial recruitment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage independent call lists.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to US patients.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
- Availability for at least 4 hours of overlap with US Central Time.
- Willingness to complete HIPAA and GCP training.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for potential study participants.
- Call and pre-screen patients from database and referral lists.
- Explain study basics to participants in clear, simple language.
- Verify patient eligibility against inclusion and exclusion criteria.
- Schedule screening visits with the clinic study coordinator.
- Maintain accurate recruitment logs and report weekly on outreach metrics.
