Requirements

- Ability to effectively communicate and mentor leaders in a virtual format.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn AI fundamentals, strategy, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor leaders and rising managers to improve their leadership skills and effectiveness.
- Advise on organizational challenges such as change management, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence.
- Guide clients on ethical leadership, diversity and inclusion, innovation, problem-solving, and time management.
- Help clients build proficiency in AI fundamentals, strategy, automation, and team AI upskilling.
- Set coaching hours and rates, host virtual sessions, and partner with the Leland team to deliver high-quality client experiences.
