- Knowledge of AI fundamentals and AI automation tools
- Strong communication skills
- Capacity to manage stress, time, and work-life balance for clients
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on goal setting, self-reflection, personal growth, and mindfulness
- Assist clients in developing resilience and communication skills
- Help clients manage stress, improve time management, and achieve a healthier work-life balance
- Support clients in building fluency in AI fundamentals and AI automation to simplify their daily lives
- Host sessions virtually and deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client
- Partner with the team to contribute to the coaching experience
