Requirements
- 5+ years of professional Full Stack Software Engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Python and FastAPI.
- Experience designing and shipping production-grade applications.
- Strong frontend development experience using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience building workflow-driven or form-heavy applications.
- Hands-on experience with Cursor and Claude Code AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
- Proficiency in Git and API integrations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make architectural decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain production-grade web applications from architecture through deployment.
- Develop secure backend services and scalable REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Build responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces and reusable UI components.
- Leverage Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate engineering, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Design and optimize data models, background jobs, and asynchronous processing workflows.
- Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure platform reliability.
- Implement robust authentication, validation, and security measures for sensitive financial data.
- Document architecture decisions, APIs, and technical implementations for team collaboration.
