Requirements
- Must have previous home improvement experience in a call center setting
- 1+ year of call center experience required
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time hours
- Weekend availability required
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Task-oriented and driven to meet goals
- Experience with Lead Perfection CRM (preferred)
- Prior experience in a multi-product sales environment (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to set appointments for the sales team
- Communicate the value of company products and services to educate prospective clients
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Meet performance goals of converting calls to appointments
- Follow the designated sales process and confirm accurate client information
- Log all activity and information in the CRM
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience
