Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including senior or staff roles.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Experience designing and operating scalable microservice architectures in cloud-native environments (AWS).
- Strong understanding of GraphQL, event-driven systems (Kafka, SQS), and distributed databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch).
- Proven track record leading high-impact initiatives in a SaaS environment.
- Expert-level grasp of software design principles and multi-tenant platform architectures.
- Hands-on experience building with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) daily.
- Ability to explain complex technical tradeoffs to cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Drive large-scale technical initiatives from concept through production.
- Deliver AI-native product experiences using LLMs and agent frameworks.
- Own architecture of critical platform capabilities including site builder pipelines and multi-tenant infrastructure.
- Shape engineering standards, review practices, and developer tooling integrations.
- Mentor engineers and influence technical growth across the organization.
