Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Experience working with or inside a regulated financial institution (bank, licensed money transmitter, or payment processor).
- Deep experience in compliance and onboarding products (identity verification, pipelines, risk-rating).
- Deep experience in API/SDK products sold to integrators.
- Experience working directly with engineering teams on technical decisions and prioritization.
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and strategy.
- Experience designing risk rating or risk scoring logic preferred.
- Experience building onboarding for both businesses (KYB) and individuals (KYC) preferred.
- Experience building internal tooling for operations teams preferred.
- Background at a Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) company preferred.
- Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency preferred.
- Crypto or stablecoin industry experience nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for KYC, KYB, and onboarding, balancing conversion speed with regulatory compliance rigor.
- Drive strategy for onboarding APIs and SDKs to support integrators.
- Shape risk rating programs in partnership with compliance, designing logic and workflows for customer monitoring.
- Build internal tooling for compliance and operations, including case queues and decision audit trails.
- Organize and prioritize engineering work, including writing specs and weighing execution tradeoffs.
- Define and track metrics like onboarding conversion, time-to-approval, and operational efficiency.
