Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in B2C customer services within the financial and banking services industry.
- Proven experience in inside/inbound phone sales in the US credit sector.
- Proficiency in Spanish language.
- Knowledge of the US credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
- Ability to provide a personal computer that meets company specifications.
- Customer-first orientation with an empathetic and solution-oriented mindset.
- Availability for full-time remote work schedule.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize CRM and sales software tools.
Responsibilities
- Pitch and close credit repair solutions based on customer credit profiles and scenarios.
- Promote credit repair products by following a step-by-step guide and rebutting client concerns.
- Meet and exceed established sales quotas and KPIs.
- Utilize technology suite including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu in daily operations.
- Conduct inside/inbound sales calls to pre-qualified leads.
