Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a DevOps, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineer.
- Practical experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Strong experience with containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
- Software development proficiency with Python for production-level code.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and troubleshooting performance bottlenecks.
- Infrastructure-as-code experience, preferably with Pulumi.
- Ability to maintain fully automated CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of modern security best practices and securing distributed environments.
- Strong system administration capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in an early-stage startup environment with ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Enhance production monitoring and observability in containerized environments.
- Improve infrastructure-as-code deployments using Pulumi to support scaling.
- Develop and refine internal tooling to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Strengthen the reliability, performance, and scalability of the core SOC analyst product.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to maintain high availability.
- Contribute to multi-cloud infrastructure expansion initiatives (GCP, Azure).
- Write new product features as needed.
