Requirements
- Strong senior-level experience developing backend systems with Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Proven experience designing and operating system integrations including APIs, messaging, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous processing.
- Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
- Experience working with AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, S3, and API Gateway.
- Experience acting as a technical reference through mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Ability to work independently on complex and ambiguous challenges.
- Instrumental English proficiency for reading technical documentation.
- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make (nice-to-have).
- Experience integrating LLMs through APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Bedrock (nice-to-have).
- Knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases (nice-to-have).
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Lead key technical initiatives from architecture design through implementation and production delivery.
- Design and develop reliable integrations and automation solutions using APIs, REST/GraphQL, webhooks, and messaging.
- Build and evolve backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Develop automation workflows using platforms like n8n.
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions using LLMs, API integrations, and prompt engineering.
- Define architecture standards, resilience patterns, and observability strategies.
- Provide technical direction, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineering teams.
