Requirements
- Senior-level, hands-on UX/UI design experience for complex, content-rich websites.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating process from discovery and strategy through high-fidelity visual design.
- Advanced Figma skills, including prototyping, design systems, and component workflows.
- Advanced knowledge of UX strategy, content strategy, and information architecture principles.
- Demonstrated experience in a creative agency environment.
- Strong visual design craft including layout, typography, hierarchy, and accessible UI patterns.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
- Collaborative approach to solving complex creative and strategic challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead project discovery including interest-holder interviews and research synthesis.
- Formulate design direction by balancing user needs and business goals.
- Develop information architecture, navigation strategies, and content audits.
- Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual comps.
- Maintain UI component libraries and responsive design systems.
- Act as a senior creative voice in sales conversations and proposal development.
- Contribute to marketing and thought leadership initiatives such as webinars and blog posts.
