Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or ML Engineer in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in the AWS ecosystem including S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, Lambda, EC2, RDS, EMR, VPC, and ECS/EKS.
- Expertise in Apache Airflow for orchestration.
- Proficiency in Python with a focus on object-oriented programming.
- Advanced SQL optimization skills.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/ECS, ECR).
- Systems-oriented mindset with a focus on scalability, cost-efficiency, and precision.
- Commitment to documentation and high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect and scale advanced ETL pipelines using modern Big Data technologies.
- Design resilient data frameworks across the full lifecycle from extraction to transformation and ML modeling.
- Lead the development of Airflow-driven data workflows.
- Optimize large-scale datasets and complex SQL queries.
- Operationalize machine learning models in batch and real-time environments.
- Improve cost-efficiency and scalability across the AWS data ecosystem.
