Requirements
- 4–6+ years in Analytics Engineering, BI, or Data Engineering.
- Advanced SQL skills including joins, CTEs, window functions, and optimization.
- Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau or similar.
- Experience building and maintaining data models and pipelines.
- Proven ownership of production reporting and data quality.
- Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AWS stack (S3, Redshift, Glue, Athena) preferred.
- Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, or modern ELT frameworks preferred.
- Experience in marketing analytics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, funnels, retention) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure dashboards and reports are accurate, reliable, and always available.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and SLAs for critical reporting assets.
- Design and optimize SQL transformations and data models.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.
- Implement data validation checks and anomaly detection.
- Act as a trusted partner for Marketing and commercial teams to define metrics like CAC, ROAS, and conversion funnels.
