Requirements

3+ years of hands-on Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) experience.
Experience building advanced marketing automation campaigns and lifecycle marketing workflows.
Strong understanding of CRM systems, email marketing, and lead nurturing strategies.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for documentation, QA, and workflow architecture.
Proficiency in prompt engineering and technical troubleshooting.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Outstanding organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Experience with Zapier, n8n, API integrations, or webhooks is a plus.
Familiarity with WordPress, Stripe, or SaaS/HealthTech domains is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and build marketing campaigns, automated customer journeys, email sequences, and lead nurturing systems.
Manage CRM automations including opportunity pipelines, forms, landing pages, and customer segmentation.
Leverage AI tools for campaign planning, workflow architecture, documentation, and QA testing.
Optimize CRM performance and reporting dashboards to improve engagement and reduce manual work.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product to build scalable business systems.
Maintain technical documentation and ensure high standards for automation reliability and scalability.
