Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
- Experience working with data security, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience securing cloud workloads, services, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of structured and unstructured data, including the ability to analyze datasets and write or optimize queries.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively with teams across Mountain or Pacific time zones.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical connection point between product development teams and go-to-market functions.
- Support product launches by ensuring customer-facing teams are prepared with technical knowledge and processes.
- Develop internal frameworks, documentation, and tools to improve deployment consistency.
- Partner with field teams to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex enterprise deployments.
- Guide customers through the adoption of data scanning and protection capabilities across cloud-native and hybrid environments.
- Create scalable deployment strategies to improve implementation speed and customer outcomes.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges involving cloud platforms, network configurations, and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address critical issues and remove implementation blockers.
- Mentor technical teams by sharing architectural guidance and implementation strategies.
- Gather customer insights to influence product improvements and roadmap decisions.
