Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce, site merchandising, digital merchandising, or retail, preferably within fashion or apparel.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or a similar ecommerce platform.
  • Hands-on experience managing backend merchandising, category setup, product organization, and sorting strategies.
  • Familiarity with search merchandising tools such as Bloomreach or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret ecommerce reports, customer behavior data, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, quality assurance, and customer experience.
  • Ability to identify problems, recommend solutions, and continuously improve digital processes.

Responsibilities

  • Execute seasonal site merchandising strategies across desktop, mobile, and app channels in alignment with commercial priorities.
  • Manage homepage updates, category experiences, promotional launches, and digital campaign execution.
  • Maintain backend merchandising activities including category setup, product sorting, search optimization, and promotional configuration.
  • Own assigned product or sub-brand experiences by ensuring accurate product presentation, storytelling, and alignment with business goals.
  • Perform end-to-end quality assurance across digital channels, validating navigation, pricing, imagery, promotions, search functionality, and product placement.
  • Analyze customer behavior, inventory trends, and ecommerce performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop recurring reports, competitive analyses, and recommendations based on digital merchandising KPIs.
