Requirements
- Master's degree in a quantitative field (statistics, economics, computer science, etc.) or PhD in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of industry experience in a quantitative analysis role.
- State-of-the-art knowledge of AI/ML models.
- Hands-on experience building, evaluating, and deploying NLP and LLM-based solutions.
- Strong fluency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with Tensorflow, PyTorch, Spark, and Airflow.
- Experience with data warehouse technologies.
- Working knowledge of causal inference.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively to audiences of varying technical levels.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy production AI/ML systems for trust integrity, including feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and thresholding.
- Manage end-to-end model lifecycle, including error analysis for NLP and LLM-based models in production settings.
- Partner with inference data scientists to conduct quantitative analysis using causal inference to identify gaps and trust opportunities.
- Deliver research findings with data visualizations to drive alignment with product, engineering, and operations teams.
- Contribute to the long-term strategic vision for evolving data science capabilities and platform outcomes.
