Requirements

Previous hands-on sourcing experience in a high-volume or fast-paced hiring environment
Prior experience working remotely, including fluency with tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana
Experience working with US or UK-based companies
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage repetitive workflows
High attention to detail and process adherence
Comfortable working with high candidate throughput and tight timelines

Responsibilities

Source and engage large volumes of candidates for active hiring needs
Screen resumes and conduct initial qualification checks
Manage candidate scheduling and interview coordination at scale
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS
Send high volumes of candidate communications and follow-ups
Support recruiters with offer-stage and onboarding administration
Ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience throughout the process
