Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role, ideally in product implementation or hands-on deployment in enterprise environments
- Solid troubleshooting and operational knowledge in Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, DevOps, Big Data/Analytics, Security, or Application Development
- Proven experience across the full solution lifecycle: architecture, hardware/software specification, implementation, testing, and training
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes deployments
- Working knowledge of databases such as MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or IBM DB2
- Experience with major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience working with REST APIs
- Programming or scripting proficiency in Java or Python
- Proactive mindset with the ability to exercise independent judgment
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with client stakeholders to understand technical requirements and align them to business objectives
- Plan and lead implementation engagements by deploying solution components and configuring the product
- Collaborate across internal teams and client organizations to ensure smooth rollout and integration
- Deliver technical training tailored to audiences ranging from hands-on admins to executive stakeholders
- Identify root causes of deployment issues and drive them to resolution
- Work with Engineering and Product Management to document field issues and enhancement requests
