Job Details

Strong hands-on background in security automation and identity engineering (IAM/IGA).
Strong proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, JavaScript (TypeScript highly preferred), or Go.
Experience building scalable and reliable automation ecosystems.
Familiarity with compliance automation and extending GRC tools to meet framework requirements.
Understanding of risks associated with change management, logical access, and data integrity.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex security/GRC mandates into automated workflows.
Experience delivering continuous data streams for security posture and risk validation.
Bonus: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
Bonus: Experience at a cloud infrastructure, database, or developer tools company.
Bonus: Experience with AI/Agentic risk engines and non-deterministic risk assessments.

Build a Security Telemetry and Risk Fabric for real-time control evidence and automated risk assessment.
Architect universal provisioning connectors for proprietary databases, custom apps, and SaaS systems to ensure instant account management.
Implement high-trust access workflows for customer-specific instances using a 'Trust-by-Design' model.
Develop automated secret discovery and inventory tools with aging and rotation intervals.
Collaborate with GRC and security teams to translate compliance frameworks into automated, self-healing technical guardrails.
Eliminate manual provisioning workflows to reduce engineering 'interruption tax' and administrative tickets.
