- Experience creating premium-quality content for YouTube, streaming platforms, or television.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Experience using AI-powered creative and editing tools.
- Working knowledge of Claude Cowork or similar AI collaboration tools.
- Deep understanding of U.S. culture, entertainment, digital trends, and online audiences.
- Experience creating content for luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
- Native or C2-level English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple creative projects.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary video editor for two established podcasts, transforming long-form conversations into engaging content.
- Edit and optimize video content for YouTube, social media, and digital broadcast channels.
- Identify compelling moments and clips to drive audience engagement and viewer retention.
- Provide creative direction on storytelling, pacing, graphics, and visual style to ensure a premium luxury aesthetic.
- Collaborate with videographers and internal stakeholders to establish content priorities.
- Leverage AI-powered creative tools to improve editing efficiency and production quality.
- Analyze audience engagement metrics to refine creative strategies and content formats.
